With a character experience ticket you will have access to the Christmas market PLUS the ballroom where you will be welcomed by our cheeky Elves. On entry you'll receive either a green or red wristband and half of the group will head to our Elf Workshop with Trixie and Noelle to help with some very important Elf tasks whilst the other half with learn the fundamental rules of being an Elf with Buddy and Jovie, before swapping over!Our beautiful Princesses will then perform a festive show like no other! Sing-along to your favourite Princess classics as well as your classic Christmas faves whilst they transport you to a Christmas wonderland!

With stunning Christmas setups, our professional photographer and videographer are on set to capture the magic of the day and we will even have a fabulous photo booth area where you can purchase your own photos instantly to take home and treasure from the day! You can also be sure to find The Grinch and Olaf for a photo opportunity as they wander through the markets!
 

• We have a very limited number of tickets available for our character experience sessions. We have 3 time slots available to book: 10am, 12:45pm and 3:30pm.

• These sessions will take place in the ballroom with each slot lasting a total of 2.5 hours each.

• The character experience is aimed at children 18 months and over however children younger are more than welcome to attend with a paying adult - please select a free under 18 months ticket when placing order.

• The Haycock Hotel is a wheelchair accessible venue.

• Please refrain from bringing food and drink purchased elsewhere into the venue.

• The Hotel is open as normal, they will have fire pits on by the courtyard and bar area for outside heating.

• Please note, with a general admission ticket you will ONLY have access to the food and drinks stalls, the market stalls, the reindeer and the musical offerings outside, you will NOT be permitted to enter the ballroom and meet our characters.
